Overview of the Ego v. Soul
Individual and Group Exercises to include journaling and co-sharing
Teachings on the 7 major chakras/energy centers in our bodies
Practices of hatha yoga: these are physical movements (also known as asanas) that align with specific chakras to assist in flexibility and grounding prior to meditations
Deepening connection with Oneself with Guided Meditations
