About the event
This is a nature park (outdoor) 1-hour in person only event:
Please bring a yoga mat or outdoor blanket to sit on, along with a small cushion for support/comfort. We will be sitting outdoors on grass for the entire hour to allow the best experience in connecting with Divine Mother in Nature.
This event is open to ALL regardless of background or levels of experience in music and meditation. It is a beginner friendly event :). Come as you are, and enjoy! Looking forward to sharing in sacred space with you! Below is the 1-hour itinerary:
(3pm - 3:15pm) Intro teachings on Reiki Raja Yoga (Lineages of Reiki and Kriya Yoga): What is Reiki? What is Kriya Yoga? What is the purpose of meditation?
(3:15pm - 3:35pm) Kirtan: devotional singing/chanting the names of God to center in the heart space
(3:35pm - 3:50pm) Guided Kriya Yoga meditation
