• Packages & Billing: Core coaching packages are billed via our secure merchant processors. Split installment options and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services are governed by the respective provider terms.

   

• Refunds & Commitments: Due to the intensive, high-touch nature of transformational coaching and reserved calendar bandwidth, all package fees and advance deposits are non-refundable as outlined in our individual client service agreements.
